We take great pride in providing you with fun and sexy fashion at an unbelievable price. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise.

Because we offer free shipping to most orders within USA, $5.00 - $10.00 original shipping and restocking fee will apply if you request a refund. However, we offer a 30 day unlimited exchange that we will ship your new item without any additional cost if you return it to us within 30 days .Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for shipping fees on returns.

Please note that all clearance items,hosiery,body stockings,teddies,underwear,wigs and swimwear are final and are not refundable - neither exchanges nor returns will be accepted on the above listed items to ensure sanitary conditions for all of our customers.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original tags to be considered for a refund. Also, any items that are soiled or exposed to pet or the smell of perfume or smoke will not be accepted for return. Items that are not returned within 30 days, or that are not in their original condition will be subject to a 40% processing and restocking fee.

For your safety and the safety of others, Nawtyfox.com strictly complies with all the above Health Code regulations.

Return/Exchange Instructions

• Download RMA form and complete the appropriate box depending on whether you want to return or exchange your item.

• Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.

• If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to product in transit back to us.

• To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified mail where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to track the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.

Halloween Christmas Costume Return & Exchange Policy

• Costumes purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale only.

• Costumes ordered before October 15 must be returned within 15 calendar days of invoice date for a full refund or exchange. Because of the enormously busy Halloween & Christmas season, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. For exchanges, the earlier you contact customer service, the sooner we can process your new order.

• Costumes ordered after October 15 and before October 20 are only eligible for exchanges. In the event the exchange is not available, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the item.

• Costumes ordered after October 20 are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Costumes returned to NawtyFox.com for orders placed after October 20 will be refused and returned to sender.
