How do I log in?

Simply enter your email address and password in the My Account section and click on Sign-In.

What if I forget my password?

If you don't remember your password, just click the Forgot Your Password link in the My Account page, and a new password will be emailed to the email address in your account. You can also contact us customer service at 1.877.534.4313 ( Mon- Fri, 9am- 6pm PST) should you need further assistance.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, enter the order number and zip code in the Order Tracking section in the Order Tracking page and then click Check Order Status. If your order has shipped you will be able to track it by simply clicking on the tracking number provided.

Can I place my order over the phone?

While it is much easier and faster for you to order online, you can always place an order over the phone by calling one of our friendly customer service representatives at 1.877.534.4313. Please note that we can only accept credit cards over the phone, and you should have your order ready, complete with item numbers, colors, and sizes.

Do I have to pay for Sales Tax?

Sales Tax is applied to customers located in the state of California. 8.25% of California sales tax will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

What if I don't have a Credit Card?

You can also pay using a Money Order. Please download our Order Form in either Microsoft Office Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF formats. Fill in the merchandise you wish to purchase, and mail in the form to:

When will you charge my Credit Card?

We charge your card at the time of checkout. The pending charges for failed transactions takes 1-2 business days for credit cards and 1-7 busines days for debit cards depending on your bank and card issuer.

When will I be charged for the backordered items?

We charge your Credit Card at the time of checkout. If your order ships in multiple shipments because of back ordered items, we will contact you either contact you either by phone or email to see if you would like to be on our waiting list. You can also cancel back ordered items anytime and a full refund will be issued within 24-48hours.

When will I receive my backordered items?

We stock all of our inventories and ship out of two warehouses located in Central California, Bakersfield, so backordered items will be removed from our website once they become out of stock. But, due to a high turn over ratio through multiple sales channels that we have, including online marketplaces and a retail store, we see discrepancies with real time inventory quantity on rare occasions. We will contact you either by phone or email as if we can not ship out your order within 24-48hours.

How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement?

Please allow 7-10 business days processing time. Please note that some credit card companies may take an additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Can I change an order after it has been submitted?

Yes. You can call us or email us and make changes to your order as long as the order has not yet been transferred to our shipping department.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

We try very hard to make sure that items are in stock at all times. However, due to the high demand of certain styles, some items may not be readily available and they will be placed on backorder. The packing slip you receive with your order will have a summary of the items still on backorder. Typically, we expect to receive these items within 1 to 2 weeks.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service at 1.877.534.4958. An order cannot be canceled if it has already been packed for shipping.

When will I receive my order?

All in stock items are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours except Saterdays, Sundays and Holidays.Please visit our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page for a complete list of our delivery options.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or Fedex. Fedex service is not avail for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please visit our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page for a complete list of our delivery options.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?

Yes. Orders with PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipping addresses are shipped by US Postal Service depending on the service option you choose.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes we do. At NawtyFox.com, we take your privacy seriously. All packages are sent discreetly with NF International as your return sender. None of our store name or product name will appear on package. We must, however, include our company name and address for shipping purposes.

Do you offer a Wholesale program?

Do you ship internationally?

Of course ! In fact, 30% of our customers are international customers from all over the world. All International Orders ship via USPS or Fedex depdning on the service option you choose at check out. USPS Int'l First Class could take upto 8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country of destination and no online tracking number is avail for USPS Int'l First Class Mail. We strongly suggest to select either USPS Express or Fedex at check out. Fedex doesn't deliver to international APO/FPO boxes. All International Orders may be held for complete shipment and are subject to address verification. Visit our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page for a complete list of costs and transit times.

Do I have to pay customs fee for an International delivery?

Depending on the country of destination, you order may be subject to customs import fees. Please be informed that we are not responsible for any customs fees that your country impose. Unfortunately we are unable to assess customs charges as they are different for each country.

Does free shipping apply to International Shoppers?

Unfortunately, orders shipped outside the United States are not eligible for Free Shipping. Please see our international shipping rates and policy for details.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?

Yes. Orders with PO Boxes and APO/FPO shipping addresses are shipped by United States Postal Services and can take anywhere between 1-8 weeks to arrive as they are shipped via standard military package services.Click Here For Details.
