Free US Shipping Policy (No Minimum Purchase Required): No coupon codes or minimum purchase amount required to receive free shipping within the USA. Once you are at checkout, you will be able to choose a free shipping option. Estimated shipping button at checkout page will not display free shipping as shipping options.

Discreet Shipping: All packages are sent discreetly with NF International as your return sender for your privacy. Neither our store name nor product name will appear on package.

Fast Shipping: All orders received by 11:00 am PST are usually processed & shipped the same day excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received after 11:00 am PST are shipped on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email including a tracking number. 

Special Order Shoes: Some shoes (shown as "Special Order Shoes") are sent separately via UPS Ground and are not available for Express Shipping, International orders, or on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Military Addresses. While the rest of your order will be delivered as usual depending on the shipping option you have chosen, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of Special Order Shoes. Also be sure to give a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Domestic Estimated Time of Arrival: Actual delivery time may vary depending on your local post office. Althrough over 97% of our customers receive their packages within 5 business days by USPS Economy (First Class), USPS doesn't gurantee any shipping delivery date except USPS Expedited (Express).
